Loved the fact the hotel room was spacious and air conditioned. It was a real relief to go back to a nice cool room for some well deserved rest after Disneyland in a heatwave! Room itself is fine, as described, with fridge and some equipment for serving a light meal. No tea towels though so bring your own, or can request extra towel from reception. My wallet got stolen on the train, but the receptionist on duty at 11:30pm was not very knowledgeable or in any way inclined to help apart from issuing a new key card, so I spent 2 hours trying to file a French police report with google translate, when I could have gone to the train station ticket office to report it, which would have been much quicker. The host is the source of local knowledge for travellers, and this attitude contravenes expectations, hence I did not give higher rating.

We have stayed several times. The cleanliness of rooms is generally excellent. The beds are very comfortable. It is very close to the RER and bus station. The people who work here are friendly and helpful. There were minor inconveniences this time including: We had an adjoining room and some of the people next door were very noisy. I also woke up in the night to a strong smell of cigarette smoke. This could have come via the air con or under the door to the next room. This is supposed to be a non-smoking establishment and you are asked to pay a E90 deposit to prevent it. The deposit is returned within a day or so. The room was too hot even with air conditioning but this is down to eco laws. I would recommend this for a solo traveller as the building is secure and the area is well lit.

A reasonable budget choice with pro & cons; The good: close to the RER, close to several restaurants, really friendly check in, room well equipped with kitchen bits, bathroom & shower a great size, wifi good The not so good: the corridors are very run down & give poor first impression, the noise outside at night is horrendous - people leaving restaurants drunk etc, the security deposit is actually charged to your card (not just a hold) Would I return? Hard to say, but you can’t dispute the excellent price, just bring earplugs.

Rooms compact and very clean. No hairdryer. USB and C charging ports. Sponge and washing up liquid provided. Breakfast available. €90 Euro deposit returned within a few days.

Breakfast limited choices, property a little run down, room clean

Check in was simple, €90 hold on the room. Room was clean and spacious, basic utensils etc but enough, no issues. Stayed here for a trip to Disneyland (3 stips away on RER) as well as a trip into Paris, train station is literally a 3-4 min walk, places around you to eat and a spar. Great spot at a great price for what i needed
