We’ve been staying at The Lancaster for thirty years. It has changed a lot. The rooms are particularly small now, but more importantly there is no closet space; the fine dining has gone. The best thing about the hotel now is its location

We stayed at Hotel Lancaster for four nights in three rooms while attending a wedding in Paris, and we had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, and our Executive Rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The beds and linens were wonderful, and although the hotel has a classic charm, it is well maintained and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The true highlight of our visit was the exceptional staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to help. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and Ben provided the best service we could have asked for each morning. Thomas at the front desk, along with the bell staff, was consistently courteous, professional, and welcoming. Thank you, Hotel Lancaster, for making our stay in Paris so memorable. We truly appreciated the outstanding hospitality and would happily stay here again.

Great room. Great staff. Nice brekfast . Room Service í didnt like the onion soup. Realy nice.

Long time patron, and it’s still an excellent hotel. Only quibble is they’re trying to make the bar more “hip” with an odd bit of 70’s music playing in the evenings. It doesn’t work, and can be pretty annoying.

Very reliable spot off the Champs Elysses…

This hotel is well-kept and maintained for a property celebrating its 100th anniversary. Centrally located near the Metro and all shopping destinations on the Champs-Élysées. The staff was welcoming and helpful.

Great service from concierge and breakfast. Our room was large and quiet. Convenient to metro.
