Very dirty the sink wouldn’t drain. Only reason we stayed. There was no other rooms available.

Had an amazing couple of weeks in Phuket and the hotel’s proximity to nice spots made it even better

I would prefer more towels in the room and more Toilet amenities

When i get into my room there was no toilet paper, the safe didnt work and the shampoo/soap had clearly been used with the cap still left off and a soap dish full of water. When i went down to reception they were incredibly unhelpful, blamed housekeeping laughed in my face and took 10 minutes before they even offered me toilet paper. The staff were rude and unhelpful throughout my stay and the towels STUNK even when "fresh" ones were laid out each day. The restaurant downstairs played music obnoxiously loud till midnight every night, the food was not good at all, overall conpletely disappointed and would warn everyone to never ever stay here!

It was not what seen in the picture given. My room air-con wasn't working, told the staff about and she came to see and adjust something and said after 10mins the air-con will come. Ask for a change of room but not available at that moment, didn't come to us about changing of room. Toilet was dirty and saw small cockroaches running around. Room was dusty and mosquito flying everywhere. The entire room together with the toilet was very smelly. I was not in the mood to take pictures.

One of the best hotel i have stayed at. Clean✔️ close to everything ✔️ friendly and helpful staff ✔️ 15 min walk to beach and from there 5 min walk to Patogon beach strip where all restaurants and bars are. you have 7/11 and family mart literally next door to the hotel. ThaiHappyTour is in the lobby and let me say if it wasnt for them and their professionalism we wouldnt have had such an amazing time. they turned the beds everyday, have mini fridge, ice cold AC. no soap or free toothbrush but its ok because bathrooms are extremely clean! Great NON Squealing Bed 😜 Breakfast isnt out of this world but it can fuel you until your next meal. It is so worth it if your lookinh for a quick 3-4 day hotel.

hotel assisted with airport transfers. however, beware that they only operate at certain times. they start at 10:30 am...stinks if you have an early morning flight. a/c was super cold! you are provided with towels for the beach! we took towels on our day trip then got fresh ones for using at the beach later in the evening! very accommodating! the restaurant had a special menu that offered everything at 99 baht each (CHEAP!!). the food was delicious. live singer/band in the evenings. wifi didn't work well in our room. very frustrating. tour desk is located in the lobby. it is not the cheapest...shop around the town for better pricing.

For the price it was good but I got it at a very discounted rate. Good food in lobby restaurant.I had a few problems while staying here. I was on the 6th floor with a street facing room, very small balcony and traffic noise is constant. The lift, when summoned to the sixth floor would stop and the doors would fail to open (unless there was someone in it coming up), walk down the stairs to the 5th floor to get the lift almost everytime. The in house laundry service was not delivered on time (a day late) so if you need to do washing while there, go down to the side street and use the laundry service there. The room itself was ok, badly designed bath/shower with no curtain that leaves excess water on the bath surround and the floor making it slippery and dangerous, taps that are not secured properly and in the main room there was mould in the front corner on the ceiling and under the cornice which had peeled away from the ceiling. TV reception was poor. no pool.

People there are nice. Have discounted food if u stay in that hotel.
