It was such a nice hotel! I loved all the amenities, black out curtains allowed me to get some solid sleep and the front desk staff were super nice and helpful upon my arrival to the iStay hotel in Berlin.

When we arrived I stay demanded 100 Euros for a daily tax. They would not give us a receipt because they didn’t know how much the daily tax would be as it fluctuates on a daily based.
The person at the front desk wasn’t able to articulate when we would know the city tax rate. Nor when the rate and total amount would be resolved.
Please reply to this issue once it’s resolved.

We've been going here for years and would highly recommend. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless and its a quiet street. They have snacks and cold drinks to buy if need to. Train and underground is a 5 min walk. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area.

매우 훌륭해요 From checking in to leaving, the staff were exceptional. Great idea to have the option of having room cleaned at a time of our convenience or not since we had a 3 night stay. So no need to leave room early for cleaning.
