People incredibly helpful and friendly

They had limited parking, we could not get the parking and end up with public parking far from hotel, the room lay out was not suitable to use signed, as we open the sofa, we could not walk,

Great staff, easy check in, affordable, clean spacious room, relatively quiet, decent local restaurants, only drawback is it’s in a neighborhood that’s a little dirty. Definitely a good value overall!

Lack of parking space

Good location, friendly staff & modern, clean accommodation.

No AC in a heat wave. No functioning elevator. A “breakfast” without edible food. Priced at a World Cup gouging price of 700€. Shameful. No apology for any of it. After being in 73 countries (20+ this year) this stands alone as the worst ever.

Property has not been kept up - current and old leaks are apparent in walls and ceilings, a/c broken, clumps of dust were stuck on bottom of mattress when pulled out the sofabed, more than just a dusting of dust on the fans put in the room as substitute for broken a/c (that was supposed to be included in room rate, and which was not mentioned to us as not being available ), etc. Sense is of a place that has either fallen on hard times or doesn’t want to spend any money to maintain the property.

Air conditioning defective and foul smell in the washroom

Very old hotel, in very bad neighborhood

Very good hotel and good location - the only issue was that the air conditioning was not working properly in every room but the hotel staff knew this and are endeavouring to repair. Helpful and friendly staff.
