Nice hotel. Near major attractions and a nice place to start exploring the city. Some really nice and innovative restaurants nearby. A great place to stay!

Beautiful property in a very convenient location. Enjoyed the restaurant very much.

We enjoyed our stay. They didn’t clean rooms every day, but provided fresh towels and pick up the trash by the request.

Pool wasn't the cleanest but good location, decent restaurant.

Everything was great except the attitude towards people who have any dietary restrictions such as no pork. But the city has a large variety of restaurants so just plan accordingly.

Incredibly expensive given the standard of the hotel. I was supposedly upgraded but upon checking I got the exact same room that I’d booked. No iron or ironing board in the room. Breakfast overpriced so we skipped it. Should have been included given the price we paid for the room. Was given a 20% discount on one meal during my stay don’t of my Expedia status but given the prices in the restaurant it was still better value to eat away from the hotel. On the plus side we had a very comfortable bed.

This hotel is close to the Cruise port and the Harbour front. Many restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were fairly comfortable on the border of being too soft. Hop On Hop Off tickets were available at front desk and stop #2 was in front of the Hotel. Extremely convenient to get a great view of the city. Boat tours of the Harbor are also available within walking distance. Sea wall was very close as well. Would stay here again.

Hotel definitely needs upgrade . Floor lobbies are dinghy and old . Bathrooms certainly need exhaust fans as 1 shower and moisture settles on roof and start dripping .

I paid for premium room tjat had full Harbourfront view. I was put in a room where I was looking at half the Harbourfront and a building. Instead of compensating me for their mistake they just moved me rooms. I paid extra to be in a room that had full Harbourfront view and I lost money because I was put in something less than what I actually paid for.
