Great location for walking around Colmar. Room was nice and breakfast was very good. They even had a crepe station.

Delightfully friendly and helpful staff. The rooms had apparently been renovated and were spacious and comfortable. Great location with ample parking nearby. Only slight drawbacks were non-availability of English Breakfast Tea (important for us Brits) and lack of instructions to work the air conditioning. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The photos are quite misleading. The main photo is not the hotel. The Hotel photos on the app have been staged and slightly deceiving. The prices are expensive for a hotel of this star rating. But it was safe, clean, convenient, and quiet.

The room was clean and pretty comfortable. However, in the bathroom, the toilet placement was not designed for tall people--it was very close to the wall, so we had to sit on it sideways.

Good room with a bath. Small window, but we were out sightseeing mostbof the time anyway. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Only one lift for a big hotel, but we used the stairs down the way to avoid queuing. Overall would recommend
