매우 훌륭해요 Não precisamos usar o ar condicionado, mas o apartamento estava em perfeita ordem. Sugerimos a instalação de ducha higiênica. O café da manhã estava muito bom e muito bem preparado.

그저 그래요 Localização excelente, caso tenha seus compromissos no centro. Bom café da manhã, com variedade e de qualidade. O quarto é espaçoso, cama boa.
Os lençóis estavam limpos, mas amarelados. O banheiro é antigo. Seria bom reformar. A luz do quarto fica acesa, mesmo com o interruptor desligado. Chegamos às 17:30 e não havia local para descer do carro. Falta essa estrutura para descer hóspedes e bagagem. Como não tem estacionamento no local, levamos nosso veículo para o estacionamento conveniado e viemos puxando a bagagem por 2 quarteirões.

O meu quarto especificamente era bem antigo, janelas enferrujadas e mofo no banheiro. O banheiro não era muito limpo, com os rodapés e a pia um pouco sujos e as toalhas um pouco encardidas.
As camas eram limpas e confortáveis e o café da manhã bem gostoso e farto.
A equipe da recepção e os manobristas foram cordiais e atenciosos.
Não sei se volto, mas não é das piores opções. E sobre piscina… não posso avaliar pq eu não vi piscina e nem soube que tinha!

The rooms only have one pillow per person. The towel were old and stained. The shower needs a deeper cleaning because the walls were stained.

The hotel is located in the city center, facility is old, the bathroom door is very noisy. Limited resources, they couldn't lend a hairdryer. And when they could there was nobody that could bring it to the room.
Lifts take ages to come.
The staff on the other hand, do the best to assist you with what they have.
The breakfast was good and professional.

훌륭해요 Monreale is an old but well-maintained hotel. The staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast is not the best but it’s worth it for the price I’ve paid. Location is amazing but it takes forever to get your car from the valet parking.
