All excellent. Recommend highly

Clean, spacious room, good à la carte and buffet breakfast, great service, nice rooftop pool and amenities, great Valentines dinner package.

Great except the last two nights they closed the restaurant for a party.

Our stay here was outstanding, the staff were super friendly, Jake on reception helped us book a private taxi on the afternoon we arrived, he was knowledgeable about where we wanted to go & arranged everything for is very promptly. The rooms and just the hotel in general are gorgeous. As we visited in November & it was rainy most of our days we had the infinity pool to ourselves which was amazing. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was the best breakfast out of our entire stay as we were staying at a few other locations too, the pancakes are so fluffy and my favourite. We also stayed for an evening meal and again the food & service were both perfect. I would definitely revisit if I get a chance & recommend to others. As we were doing mainly tours with get your guide with pick ups & getting grabs the location was great for us. We like to be out of busy areas so great if your the same as us, as it’s still not too far away from the centre etc. It was such a nice touch too on checking out getting the souvenir picture printed off & framed & checking in the personalised chocolate, just all the little things added up to make the perfect stay. Really good attention to detail.

Fabulous staff, lovely rooms, delicious food

The main downside is that the traffic outside prevents walking into the old city or night market. This is a major disadvantage. Also many of the day trips outside the city will not pickup at the hotel. The staff of the hotel were wonderful

The staff here are the best! Everyone was so friendly and helpful,especially Poppy. She was above and beyond helping a stranger new to Chiang Mai and to Thailand. The people here make all the difference in a great stay.

This hotel is closer to Central Festival Shopping centre, which I think it is very popular for local and international travellers. The breakfast is good. it is mordern signed hotel, only around 30 rooms but each room faces the river. It is great experience.

整個飯店建築很漂亮，服務算中上，早餐是大亮點！泳池很漂亮，但內裝偏俗氣。 飯店的建築和空間設計真的很美，復古磚瓦設計，而且是完全無障礙的設計，很貼心。 其中有一天早餐因為餐廳有活動，所以在中庭吃，飯店還請人來現場演唱，真的很會營造氣氛。 早餐絕對是這間飯店大加分的地方，可以任點想吃的，而且每一道都還不錯，西式餐點比泰式的做得好，所以連住兩晚也不會覺得早餐沒變化。 泳池旁的躺椅和整個泳池區都很放鬆，可以從下午坐到夕陽，房間也都面河畔，黃昏的時候真的很美，很放鬆。 唯一不足大概就是內裝跟建築外觀很不搭，感覺比較廉價，還有床鋪有一些潮濕的味道。 整體來說，還是很適合嘗試來住看看
