I totally recommend this hotel. It’s on a nice quiet laneway and close to many attractions in district 1. My room was modern and clean.

I almost never leave reviews or complain, but unfortunately this is an exception. The upkeep and cleanliness of the room was just terrible. The design of the room meant that the bed was against the wall on one side - fine you might think - but there was dirt and marks all over the wall I assume from years of people touching it. On the other side of the bed is the glass wall to the bathroom… this is where the real horror is revealed. Becuase the wall is glass, you can see along the side and below the bed. I have never seen anything like it. Dirt, dust, rubbish, hair. This was the first time I have ever decided to not stay in a place I’ve booked. I will give the manager credit for authorising a refund quickly and without argument but I urge the hotel to sort this out becuase I have no idea who in their right mind would spend money to sleep in this environment.

Clean

It was a good experience. We arrived at 1am and didn't know we had to go through a gate in an alley, hard to find at the beginning but good overall. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean.

It was excessively noisy. Kids screaming, roosters crowing, breakfast was minimal. However, it was clean and it was in a good location. We were able to walk to most places.

Room was old and not as nice as the pictures. Check-in is 1 pm, for some reason that wasn't listed for us when booking (person was a bit confused/ annoyed when we tried to check in earlier than 1) Pros: The fan is quite powerful and does a great job cooling the room. Location was decent. There was an elevator which was nice when carrying bags up to the room. Great hot water that lasted and decent wifi. Cons: The bathroom had a strong sewage smell which did not go away even when we tried to air it out. The air conditioner constantly leaked water, and multiple light fixtures also dripped water. The place just felt a bit weird overall that we aren't able to quite put into words.

For the price, this hotel is awesome. Located in a very small alley but quiet. Room is a bit small but manageable.

房间有点残旧和床底下灰尘很多，电视有时候会看不到，还有其中一天下午的时候居然停电大概两个小时。不过老板娘和员工都很友善，早餐虽然普通，总的来说还是不错的

We stayed in this hotel 3 nights. The rooms are very clean, the service is great!! The last day we had a flight very early, ( before breakfast time) and they arranged us take away for the flight. The hotel location is a little bit hard to find, its in a little alley, but the positive thing about it that it is very quiet for the area.

Love it this hotel feel like home so clean just the location abit far from the street
