Perfect hotel for both convenience and efficiency. Clean rooms with generous melodies.

I had a great stay at the hotel in Shimbamba. Everything about the experience was excellent, the staff were friendly, the location was convenient, and the room was comfortable. I rated everything 5 stars except for cleanliness due to a small issue with the air conditioner leaking water. It didn’t bother me much during my stay, but it would be nice to have it resolved for future guests. Otherwise, everything was wonderful and I’d happily stay again.

Great to be back (was in 2015) due to convenient location and clean/bright environment. Room was comfortable and quiet.

This location is next to the train station. Even though it is well insulated you hear trains especially at night time. Rome size is incredibly tiny - the bed size for 2 adults is not standard queen and the room size is so small that the bed is stacked against the wall. The person sleeping on the wall side has to go over the other person to get down. No space for luggage or move around. The breakfast is at a cafe next door where the staff is rude and the breakfast has absolutely no good options-zero if you are vegetarian.

The bed board(?) area was not clean. I saw a dried up contact lenses which were not mine. Other than that, it was surprisingly quiet even though it was located right next to the subway station. The room was bigger than similar priced room at APA hotel that I stayed before.

The room was very clean and the staff who welcomed us were very friendly. The staff was able to speak to us in English which made it easy for us to check in. WiFi was perfect and the breakfast was delicious! When you buy your breakfast ticket, you will use it at a cafe next to the hotel which serves delicious sandwiches and drinks. I’d highly recommend this if you are staying in the Shinagawa area and plan on staying here again. The location is right outside the Shinbamba station, making it very convenient for travelers who are arriving in the Shinagawa area.
