It was ok. Not many restaurant options near there.

This location is next to the train station. Even though it is well insulated you hear trains especially at night time. Rome size is incredibly tiny - the bed size for 2 adults is not standard queen and the room size is so small that the bed is stacked against the wall. The person sleeping on the wall side has to go over the other person to get down. No space for luggage or move around. The breakfast is at a cafe next door where the staff is rude and the breakfast has absolutely no good options-zero if you are vegetarian.

The bed board(?) area was not clean. I saw a dried up contact lenses which were not mine. Other than that, it was surprisingly quiet even though it was located right next to the subway station. The room was bigger than similar priced room at APA hotel that I stayed before.

The room was very clean and the staff who welcomed us were very friendly. The staff was able to speak to us in English which made it easy for us to check in. WiFi was perfect and the breakfast was delicious! When you buy your breakfast ticket, you will use it at a cafe next to the hotel which serves delicious sandwiches and drinks. I’d highly recommend this if you are staying in the Shinagawa area and plan on staying here again. The location is right outside the Shinbamba station, making it very convenient for travelers who are arriving in the Shinagawa area.

Nice room & convenient!

Clean room with great amenities. Close to train stations. Shops nearby are mainly convenience stores which are acceptable but any other shops require some walking.

The front desk staff were not so courteous. They forgot to return my credit card, but when I went to get it they didn’t even apologize. The break fast was very poor. The bathroom is old and stained. Never again.
