Great little stay for a bed. Safe neighborhood and close enough to the sites but not so close is only tourists. Great food and coffee with in 5 minutes walks.

This is an aparthotel, which is not made clear on hotels.com and is a failure of their advertisement for this property - consequently the door to our en-suite room was an internal door, so you could hear people entering and leaving the wider apartment. It is tired and looks much nicer in the photos. The air con is ok. We were told to collect our key from the bull dog bar as we were arriving around 19:20, so we got dropped off outside the bar, to find that there was no key left for us, so after a quick call, we could arrive at the accommodation after all. We were quite disappointed in this property, particularly due to the price - but everywhere was expensive at the time we were visiting. That said, it’s in a great location yet quiet surroundings, and the standard of cleaning is impeccable - the cleaning staff should be commended.

We had a great stay. Location is close to Vatican City. Definitely recommended!

Solo female traveler! The communication was excellent. I arrived early in the day and was able to secure my luggage in the locked office. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The location is close to main attractions and great restaurants. Breakfast was not included, as I anticipated, but the staff shared a great list of local eats. Highly recommend!

Air conditioning was great. The staff was kind. Loved the location.

The location is excellent, easy to access some important landmarks. The property manager is helpful and works very hard to keep the place in good operation. However, the facility itself is old and hard to keep to the modern standard. For example, the elevator was built 1912 but often not working. Inside the room, the floor is not at the same level, easy to stumble especially for seniors at nights. The light is either too bright or too dark for night sleep. You better to bring your own night light. You also need to bring your own electric adaptor; there is no US electric outlet. The bathroom is small, hard to move around and the bathtub is slippery.

Our check-in was probably the best in our last 38 days. The staff shared a text of places to eat and visit within a 40 minutes walk. over 40 restaurants and caffe’s and also many of the best things to see. As far as I’m concerned this location can’t be beat. central to everything. Room was clean, bed was comfy and bathroom was clean.

We had a wonderful stay. Hosts were extremely accommodating going above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after- personally showing us to the airport connection bus. Property was clean and well maintained and conveniently located for all parts of the city.

The A/C was not working on the day we arrived, but the staff was very helpful and remedied the problem fairly quickly. The staff also gave recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, and called a car for our transfer to the airport.
