Close proximity to cheap eats, shopping in walking distance. Malls and the airport are close by as well. Jen is the best! I came back for a second stay!

Please note that a cleaning fee will be requested upon check-in. It also would have been helpful to have soap available for handwashing, as I arrived at midnight and needed to go to a nearby convenience store to purchase one. The room is acceptable, though it is older and different from the one shown in the photos. In terms of cleanliness, dust, strands of hair in various areas, and a few cockroaches. The furniture also appears quite worn, with noticeable scratches, cracks, and chips, and may benefit from replacement. On a positive note, Gigi was very kind and attentive.

The place is not maintained. Lack of staff support.
I would not recommend it.
Upon my arrival, there was no microwave, toaster, free toiletries, slippers. they state as present under amentias.
Mold and mildew in the bathroom.
Lizards and coakroacks in the unit. They never addressed it.
The shower door was broken. It was extremely difficult to open. Took them 4 days to repair after repeatedly remined them.
The AC stopped cooling. Their solution was to provide a fan. They never fixed it.

Be prepared to be out in the middle of nowhere I will take you at least an hour and a half to get to the LRT to get you into the city. There’s so many roaches you will be afraid you will take them with for rest of your life. Looks good on the website, but it does not look that good in the apartment.

The place is not as listed. It is in a crowded aparrment building. Very loud and was infested with roaches!
