When I turn on the AC it gives off a weird stinky smell

Hotel room is small, furnitures are dated. Staff only gave us 1 card key, we asked for more towels and he told us to find the service lady and get it from her. We never saw or ran into the service lady. Price is a little overpriced for the service.

Very convenient location. Staff are welcoming and very helpful.

Close to the Hakata Station and mall. The staff were very nice!! Room was perfect with everything you need. I really enjoyed my stay here!

The area around JR Hakata Station, like many retail/transportation hubs in Japan, has no shortage of things to do. JR Hakata Station is part of a larger complex including JR Hakata City and AMU Plaza. There are shops for everything you can think of. And if you're hungry, there's a large above ground food court and two food walkways below ground, distinct from, but linked to the AMU Plaza department store market. R&B Hakata Ekimae hotel is less than a 10 walk away. The hotel was in excellent condition. The lobby well lit and furnished. Staff were exceptionally helpful. The hotel room was also in excellent condition, spotless, and included the modern amenities of a business hotel. After several years of travel from Canada to Japan, I'm still impressed with each hotel I've visited here. R&B Hakata Ekimae is no exception. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient for railway station. Good WiFi. Not a lot of space. OK for one night.

服務人員態度佳，有免費咖啡，早餐的麵包有4-5種，很好吃。房間雖小，倒也整齊乾淨。會再考慮入住。

When i needed to go to Bathroom, they gave me the chance to make use of public one before going on check-in, and i was able to get some rest in front of front desk at ground floor. The hotel was not bad.

Hotel is new and ckean. Staff can speak simple English and is nice to customers.
