Great hotel. Second time staying there. Would happily stay again.

I think this was my fourth or fifth time staying there. All I can tell you is that everything about it is perfection, but not in a stuffy way. Five stars on every count was not an exaggeration. The staff are so warm and welcoming and treat you like an old friend even on the first visit. The location couldn’t be any better. A safe pedestrian street with easy access to the tube and shopping and strolling.

Excellent location and the hotel was beautiful with comfortable beds, true blackout curtains and a wonderful staff. The kitchen was amazing and all the food wonderful! We will be back for sure!

The location is amazing and the staff were fabulous. The room was small but with good lighting. There was no place to unpack a suitcase for a 5 night stay. It made manage our clothes and belongings a challenge. We would be hesitant to return.

It was adequate for the price compared to others. In the heart of Convent Garden.

The hotel does not have a lobby.Nowhere to sit down at reception area.The room Superior Floral was adequate.Room faced back of property and was quiet.However there was minimal closet space.Had to keep clothes in suitcase.TV screen was small. Room was clean and comfortable.Adequate bottled water provided free.Staff was helpful. Buffet breakfast is extra.

No lobby ,nowhere to sit down.The space was converted into a restaurant. The room on 4th floor was quite good facing toward the back of the property.Bed was good. There was minimal storage space for clothes .Had to leave majority of clothes in suitcase. The TV was very small by modern standards. The bathroom was large . There was a walk in shower with 2 separate showerheads .This would be an unnecessary feature for some people.They could have designed a smaller bathroom with more space for clothes storage Positive features were plenty of free bottled water and small fridge.

We enjoyed our stay at the Henrietta Experimental. Our room was in the newly expanded rooms across the street from the original hotel. The staff were nice and friendly, but not always present because they were manning two different desks on either side of the street. The room itself was very nice, comfortable and had great air conditioning. We slept very well and had plenty of space in the bedroom and the giant attached bathroom. The great advantage of this hotel is it's prime location in Covent Gardens. The nearest Underground stop was just a couple minutes from our hotel room and the surrounding neighborhoods are very walkable, safe and thriving with people. This area has an incredible number of great cafes, restaurants and shops all within a 10-minute walking area (including the incomparable Seven Dials). It was a dream to be located directly within such a vibrant area. If we were to return to this area, we'd certainly look to book with The Henrietta Experimental again.

This hotel was an excellent choice. The room was very modern, clean, very comfortable bed, quiet, and the staff was so helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend this hotel- the location by Covent Garden was great.
