Strange?!? The hotel front desk controls the AC IN YOUR ROOM. Staff are limited in communication, they only speak native language.

This hotel , in a smaller city, was outstanding. The rooms were quite large and comfortable. The staff was very helpful, and breakfast had lots of choices.

The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. The shower was very annoying since you have to take the shower on your head with your hand. The hook was just for you to seat on the floor and have the water on your head. In the breakfast area, they did not have coffee just Nescafe. I will use it again. The internet was another problem. It was really no good.

Its not a four star hotel at all. Three or two stars maximum. Staff are rude. Empty shampoo and shower gel containers. AC didn’t work, they tried to fix it through video call with sleepy technician at 12am but failed. At the end, I forced them to change the room.

We booked 2 rooms for our family of 6 people. Rooms are spacious and clean and we loved our stay 👌

The treatment of the staff in the reception are not friendly dealing , they prevent us to use the swimming pool , it was reserved for one sport team , on Sunday they prevent us to eat in the restourant m they said closed and the big problem was the quarantine , we couldnt went anywhere to buy something and we protest this treatment , therefore they brought to us three dishes of fod and we where 6 person , we wanted to stay more but we left them and return home .

Expedia görsellerinde gözüken jakuzili odanın fiyatı doğru değil. Yanıltıyor görsel olarak hotele gittiğimizde bize seçtiğimiz odanın fiyatının farkını ödemek durumunda kaldık.

Very big and posh hotel. It was far from the attractions but close to the mall and Bolu city centre

First i was disappointing with the check in I came one hour late from check in time when they gave me the key i went to the room and i found it mess and dirty The air condition I cannot control it from my room i called the reception 4 times to open the AC they open it then after few minutes they close it again after i went to the manager they open it 10 pm and in the middle of the night they close it again i have to call them back to open it and i called them twice .. There was a party on the lobby and my room on the first floor so we have keep listening to the music and the noise till 11.30 pm .. i have kids they sleep early but they couldn’t because of the noise and i asked them to try to keep calm bit nothing change Was a bad experience for me it is gonna be first and last time of course with them
