La limpieza excelente. El staff de atención a personalizada excelente Desayuno, muy bueno variable y una atención excelente. Sólo le vi un problema en la piscina. Beautiful hotel. Unfortunately I paid for a swim out pool facing the beach. I got swim out side looking at trees. Another that. An amazing hotel. Food was good.

Property and view is the amazing. The pool is amazing and relaxing. But I didn’t not like the food at all . Or that you have to reserve restaurants quickly when you arrive for your whole time there or you will be left with restaurants that’s are not good. Buffet on adult side was mid. Not impressive.

The butler Mel was absolutely amazing. We statues in room 2022 and he was thoughtful, considerate, and available. The housekeepers were the best I’d seen as well. We will be back and with a group.

We stayed at TRS Cancun for our anniversary and had a wonderful vacation overall. The resort is beautiful, our room was excellent, and we would absolutely return. The highlight of our stay was our butlers, Jimmy and Benji. They were attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making our trip special. Anytime we encountered an issue, they stepped in and made it right, even when it wasn't their responsibility. The spa also deserves recognition. It was extremely well organized, the treatments flowed seamlessly, and my massage therapist was incredibly respectful with draping and hand placement, helping me feel safe and comfortable throughout the experience. A few areas could be improved. The resort asked about our dietary restrictions before arrival and again at every restaurant, but there were still times they were forgotten, requiring us to repeatedly remind staff. If the information is collected, it should be communicated consistently. We also occasionally felt that service depended on wristband level rather than treating all guests equally. Our biggest disappointment was the steakhouse. My husband's medium-rare steak arrived blue and barely looked grilled, my glazed pork resembled a boiled pork chop, and a joke from our server about me not drinking alcohol made the experience uncomfortable. Thankfully, Jimmy and Benji quickly stepped in to make things right. Overall, we'd gladly return. With a little more consistency, this would easily be a five-star experience.

Our butler misael was awesome pedro was super nice from capricho bryan from the adults only pool side was awesome and Andre’s from gravity bar as well everyone was super welcoming everything was clean no issues or complaints will be coming back

We stayed at TRS Coral for our 10-year anniversary after loving TRS Yucatán last year, and this trip exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is beautiful and relaxing, and we stayed in a stunning Loft Suite. The food was excellent throughout—especially the French and Italian restaurants. There was always something to do, and we loved spending time by the pool. A special mention to our butler, Adrian, who was outstanding from start to finish. He was so attentive, friendly, and thoughtful, with lovely personal touches in our room that made our stay extra special. The spa was also a highlight—we had a couples massage and used the hydrotherapy, which was amazing. All the staff were warm and welcoming, and we couldn’t have asked for a better anniversary trip. Highly recommend!
