The staff were courteous and extremely helpful. The food was very good. I would have liked some more authentic Kenya options available. Fruit was extremely fresh. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is OUTSIDE the airport area and so to go to the airport, traveler have to get out of the airpot-shuttle and walk through a separate security pass through and reboard the airport-shuttle. Although only 2.5 miles away, travel from the hotel to the airport takes about 25 minutes (with moderate traffic)
