For a hotel built in 2016 they had a significant amount of maintenance and visible upkeep that needs to be addressed. A/C wasn't working and took them two days to move me to a lesser room. Smaller appliances and aged stained carpet. Rigged shower curtain bar. Paint peeling, wallpaper curling and one remote for two TV's. Laundry facilities were out of order. Staff constantly on their personal phones seem irritated when approached for anything. Hard pass on this brand when I return to Washington DC this fall. Don't believe the pictures. This place is warm and dated.

Staff. Clean and good breakfast

The rooms were excellent and the location was convenient. The staff were borderline rude, they were certainly at least aloof and it was clear they weren’t interested in customer service. The breakfast was pretty poor - the bacon, sausage, and scrambled eggs didn’t taste good at all. Parking was not included in the hotel cost and it was cheaper to park across the street in the parking lot. But it was still $60 per day. The hotel also took $200 deposit per room in spite of me booking 2 rooms in 1 booking which meant them holding $400 of my money for 2 days.

Nice staff. Excellent breakfast! I picked location because it was close to my daughter’s apartment. If I came back I’d like to be closer to the national mall.

The room was great. It was in a great location. Really close to a grocery store. The entire staff was honestly great. I didn't ask for much, but when I did, it was handled with a smile. Love that! The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. Somethings were cold. The variety was not very good. They had odd things for selections. Maybe just stick to the "staples" of breakfast. Overall, had a very good stay. Will plan to come again.
