Facility is very travel friendly. Breakfast is excellent

Nice room and good service

A number of feature displayed on web site and advertised in the common areas were not available

Check in process is horrendous, there is always a long line of tire hikers and travellers waiting to checkin in the afternoon. Often 1 person doing check ins and each one a takes a very long process. Surely they could plan for the afternoon rush and have 2 or 3 people doing check in

Room was very clean. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Private parking. Really cool bar and restaurant area.

The food was excellent! Location was convenient!

The room was a little smaller than expected, but very clean and comfortable. The staff is super nice and we enjoy our stay.

We only stayed at the hotel for one night as a stopping point on a longer journey. It was clean, comfortable and had washing facilities, which we took advantage of. The only drawback for us was that we booked a double bed and received two singles. But other than that, the stay was pleasant.

great access to bus line right out front to Chamonix, staff very helpful with tickets to gondola, recommended hikes, etc.

Super unique and fun! Loved the vibe, perfect start to our tour de Mont Blanc.
