サウナがあればなおいいです。

The place and location is beautiful. Rooms were big and amenities were accessible. FYI this place caters for locals and if you’re looking for adventurers, food sampling and authenticity this is the place for you. No Western or American breakfast here but I can promise you this… all thru the 3 nights we stayed here Breakfast and Dinner was awesome , delicious and we really enjoyed the food and the service as well. We lived in Japan several years ago and coming back to explore the area close to where we used to live but missed due to our busy schedules is a blessing. And I asked myself? How in the world did we miss this area to explore when our knees were still stronger. There is so much to enjoy here, from this Hotel to the neighboring area. Walk and enjoy the neighborhood, parks and how the local live with lots of scenery and very quiet safe neighborhood. Trains and local transports are available. A must stay hotel and location for peaceful stay and comfortable hotel stay.

チェックアウトが11時だとありがたい お風呂場更衣室にビニール袋あるといいかと思います 食事も美味しくて部屋も快適 また良子させて頂きます

夕食のお料理が出てくるのが遅い。

お部屋にユニットバス欲しい

スタッフの皆さん全員に親切にしていただきました。 部屋付きのドッグラン、ジェットバス、広い部屋とても良かったです。 食事も葱鮪鍋が美味しかったです。 送迎バスの運転手さんもとても良かったです。 また、利用したいです。

問題点と思うところはなかった。気持ちよく利用させていただきました。

Front desk staff were polite but slightl indifferent, with the exception of one very kind staff member- Tang. She was vmvery attentive and kind. The 7th floor spa and the restaurant's staff were the reason why I gave this place 5 stars instead of 4. The entire restaurant staff made my stay delightful and warm. The food was simply but delightful. And there was one memorable elderly Japanese woman who made me feel just at home with her smiles and energetic conversation- despite not understanding one word! The views of the mountains and the stream were great to wake up to each morning and the hot springs on the top floor were something I looked forward to each night of my stay. I dont know if the water was truly a hot springs natural water, but nevertheless it was clean, and the different temperatures of each bath pool were very relaxing. Thank you Kamenoi for a terrific stay! All of the guests were Japanese, making it understanding that no one really spoke English! But again, a terrific stay.

Nice location when sightseeing in the area. The AC did not work and would only output heat for all of the heating, cooling, and fan-only options. We struggled to open a window to get the temperature down. We messed up when booking a room and ended up with a room that didn't have a shower/bath.
