Great place to have the all-inclusive deal. The food was fantastic, The spa Amazing, and the pools great! We will stay here again sometime in the future. Again, get the all-inclusive. Otherwise, it is expensive.

Best top quality all inclusive hotel. Only bad thing was the beach was unaccessible due to hazards current. But everything else was a 10.

The resort was excellent for our family vacation. The vibes are very chill if you want a laid back vacation. Close to town just a 15 min uber ride away. Golf course onsite which was great for us. Food was fantastic.

This was a great resort! The staff was the best and the food was great! The only bummer is that you can't swim in the ocean in the summer because the waves are too big.

An Amazing Family Vacation – We Can’t Wait to Come Back! Our family of four had an incredible stay at Hacienda del Mar, and this was easily one of our favorite vacations. From the moment we arrived, the resort exceeded our expectations. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a beautiful ocean-view suite, which made the trip feel even more special. The grounds are absolutely stunning, with beautiful landscaping, gorgeous architecture, and amazing views of the Sea of Cortez. The food was outstanding. Pitahayas was the highlight of our trip—phenomenal food, exceptional service, and an unforgettable sunset view. Every restaurant we visited offered something different, and we enjoyed the variety throughout our stay. The staff was warm, friendly, and always willing to help. Housekeeping kept our room spotless, the servers were attentive, and the concierge gave us great recommendations that helped make our trip even better. Traveling with two young boys, we really appreciated how family-friendly the resort is. There were plenty of pools, activities, and space for the kids to have fun while we were still able to relax. The resort never felt overcrowded, which made for a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere. If I had one suggestion, it would be to make the room charges and folio a little easier to understand, as the package entries can be confusing at first. Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this property! We used the pool daily and never had any issue finding a lounge chair. The food options throughout the resort were great, and we highly recommend Sirenas restaurant—they were wonderful at customizing meals for my very picky 4-year-old. Another major highlight was Rocio N. at Tomates. She took amazing care of us, was extra attentive to our kids, and was incredibly welcoming and helpful with the menu items (I highly suggest trying the green apple salad!). We had a lovely vacation, the all-inclusive package is well worth it, and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Sales staff for timeshares were aggressive, but check in and other staff were amazingly polite. The beach is closed at this property. Had i known I most likely would have not booked here. The shuttle available is not part of the package. Good place to relax, plan ahead to go to a separate beach if that is why you are traveling.

Did not like the food

Clean room stocked daily. Excellent staff who go above and beyond daily. Great views, walkable beach and small are to access water (waves were too big for much of our stay). Delicious food. Would recommend!

I would absolutely go back! Wonderful food, wonderful staff, and just what we were looking for a completely relaxing trip!
