The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is extremely convenient, with direct access to the subway from the hotel basement, making it easy to get around .
Overall, I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Staff were good if a bit clinical in general.
But a very nice touch - a birthday cake was delivered to our room because they noticed we had a birthday in our group! (Likely due to guest registration details.)
Room itself was superb - good fit-out, good condition, and faultless air-con and shower.
Gym was the best I've seen in a hotel anywhere in the world! Good range of equipment, well-maintained.
Only negative was the swimming pool - it wasn't in the best shape and could do with a freshen up.

The Air conditioning system of the hotel was off for two weeks, temperatures inside the rooms going up to 27C (80F). After talking to the front desk, the best they could do was offering a small fan.
