Loved the 4th floor back room. The 1st floor room was above a bar/dance? Could hear music bass at 1-2am. I had asked if the room was quiet when I changed bc I was leaving early and was told it was. Maybe - just not from 12-2.. Rooms were nice. Choose based on lifestyle!

Clean, a/c was great- it was a hot week and needed it. Bathroom was very clean and fresh. Elevator worked well. I was on the 4th floor, asked for a room off the street and it was quiet. I had coffee in mornings not the full breakfast but it was good. Friendly workers. No lotion.
Note: changed rooms bc I stayed an extra night. The lower floor 1 was above a bar. The thump was too much.

Staff was attentive and kind. Rooms were clean with a good view from the balconies. Breakfast was good for Parisian standards for a free downstairs breakfast. Close to the main train line and tourist bus stops next to the Arc de Triomphe. Balcony windows were sound proof which was especially important the night France won the soccer match and VE
Day the next day.
AC was good and quiet, just don’t open your balcony doors as that shuts the AC off -lol. The beds were comfortable. The staircase was navigable with carpet for easy execution.
