The hotel was old and outdated. The rooms were not clean. The beds were hard. The air conditioning was not working. Power went out several times throughout the evening. I would avoid staying at this hotel, The way it’s advertised is incorrect and the photos are also misleading.

Awesome service

My wife and children stayed there, were very pleased with the stay. Basic breakfast buffet but served the purpose for a hungry family. Boys said it was good.

Helpful staff.

The Aircon did not work very good in our room

We were put in a room on the 3rd floor initially but A/C does not blow cool air. Beds were old. It rained around dawn and we woke up to puddles on the floor so we reported and. We were then moved to a room 2 floors up. A/C still wont blow cool air. The bidet hose was leaking with yellowish water coming out. Don’t stay here.

The main thing is, I don’t like the smell when you’re coming to the room it’s not clean smell musky but the big deal was going into the shower finally waiting for the water to get hot. Only two after you’re halfway through your shower the water is off then I go down stairs because the phone doesn’t work only to have someone come up there more excuses and 100% not going to do anything to supplement your terrible experiences not even a second thought about it another sorry meaningless

Breakfast was good airport shuttle was also good

The airport shuttle is a one-way thing. If they pick you up they won't drop you off and vice versa. The hotel in need of refurbishing inside and out. The location is excellent with a good proximity to the airport and other helpful things.

The room was clean it had aircon in the bed was decent. Other than that, I was not too happy. It started with not being picked up at the airport as to that was the reason I chose that hotel supposedly free shuttle service. I tried reaching them through text phone calls and Expedia the day before we went to no avail at all. There was no drinking water available except for two small water bottles which is your daily allotment, apparently there's a charge for the after. No running hot water. And a big sign in the bathroom that said water not drinkable. They did have an elevator that was in good working order
