I paid for the hotel B&B Chez Moi. However, the staff at the reception told me that we were transferred to Hotel Poker, which is nearby, because their sewage system was blocked at B&B Chez Moi. Reading the reviews from before, I noticed that this is their usual practice (you pay for one hotel, and they take you to another). ADVANTAGE:proximity to Galibardi station (2 min walk), airport bus (Alibus, 3 min walk) the reception is open 24 hours, the bakery next to the hotel has great products (you will see a crowd, they are not open on Mondays) friendly receptionist Simone comfortable beds the air conditioner works it can be seen that the hotel has been renovated, but it can be seen that everything was done in a hurry DISADVANTAGES: The drain is blocked. The room can be felt on the sewage system (room no. 9). Noise from the street is unavoidable, day and night. The water container for the toilet bowl does not work On the bill from Expedia it says: city tax 3 euros/person = 3 nights *2 people = 18 euros, I was properly charged 21 euros and I did not receive a bill. I don't understand why I was charged 21 euros? A modest breakfast: croissant, juice, bun, cheese and salami (which is no longer available but is available), yogurt that is obviously not kept in the fridge, cereal, a small package of jam and butter, coffee, tea and some cake that lasts for days. It is interesting not to notice that the servant who arranges the food touches the garbage, then money, and arranges cheese..

I think it should have been mentioned on the description that the B&B is on the 5th floor and the elevator is tiny and you have to pay to use it. The building door is also tricky to be found. The place is pretty close to the train station but it is also located in a not safe area. The staff is friendly and the rooms are ok. The room I was staying had a jammed lock, and it was hard to lock and unlock the door every time I had to leave.

watch out ! these people are doing overbooking and they take you to another structure until they empty the Chez Moi !

We found the hotel which was well located to train station, however the outside is littered with homeless people and very very busy. The receptionist asked for our passports to hold on to, she took them and put them into an unlocked file desk which was very visible and easily reached from behind the counter. The receptionist then left and did not come back all day and night. The computer was left on with customer details and our passports left in the desk. The main door was never locked and there was access from the street with no security or supervision! Unacceptable procedure. We took our own passports back by simply walking behind the reception divide as we did not think leaving them was acceptable. The bed was also very loud, the bathroom makes a very loud noise when you flush the loo or run water. The hot water in the shower ran out after a 10/15 minute shower! Not good

Great place to stay although the reception desk and the rooms are located in different buildings. Room was very clean and the service was outstanding. I will stay there again. Don’t let the outside looks deceive you. The hotel is very secure and the police patrols the area frequently

friendly staff, spacious place, still I experienced a water infiltration from the ceiling and I got the bag flooded... it wasn't the hotel property fault, still, it wasn't a nice thing.

It''s sadly that hotel have email and Internet site. Recention open only in the morning during the breakfast, so you must phone on the other time.

Room was good very clean. Breakfast was good. Only thing was area wasn't good. Was told several times from nice people in local stores to be careful because I was White and also keep shoulder bag in my front.
