Facilities are clean Staff is very gentle

Cold empty breakfast, I had to microwave the little that was left. I’m sure the answer will be ‘did you complain to the staff at the time?’, but they could clearly see this already and you don’t always want to take the argument. The coffee and the bread were okay but it’s not nice or safe to have cold, egg, beans and sausage.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast offered was very delicious. The staff was amazing - kind and attentive. The room size was somewhat smaller than what we are used too, but did not detract from the overall positive experience. Would stay there again not only because of the quality of the hotel, but the location was perfect for us.

The hotel is excellently located right by the train station. The room was functional and quiet. The shower was very good. Nice to have a hotel shower that is powerful and allows you to turn the temperature up high. Very good value for money i say.

Room was great and the staff were all super friendly! Conveniently located right next to the train station, it was super quick and easy to get around, less than 10 minute ride to Stockholm Centralstation. Area felt safe and had a grocery store and restaurants walking distance! Definitely would stay here again!

It was very basic room, downfall I was bit so much by bedbugs!!! I have never been bit so much in my life! I have bites all down the side of my legs, in my thighs and on my back! I’m actually terrified of the thought of bringing the bed bugs back home with me!! One thing will say the staff were friendly, breakfast was ok but for the bedbugs I have to rate cleanliness very poor.. let down.

Trying to change room from shared bathroom accommodation to a standard single room was quite painful. But receptionist did try her best to sort the Expedia booking mistake... Slowly

Nice clean hotel.

I had a seamless check in and did enjoy the breakfast. The venue was next to Stockholmsmassan where I had the conference. It is also next to the train and bus station.
