그저 그래요 The hall and room needed to be vacuumed. The room smelled a bit musty. It did not look like it had been cleaned very well in a while .The room was right next to the parking lot of a steak house so there was constant foot traffic past the window. There was a garbage truck first thing in the morning right outside the window and I got a text from the hotel wanting me to complete a survey at 7 am.

만족해요 We called ahead for a potential check in issue and had a note put on the reservation. However, at check in, the person at the desk refused to read the note or listen so it was a large ordeal. One morning, breakfast started at 6 and at 7 am, it was wiped out and no one was working or restocking anything. There also was a bug in the bed and something sticky on the floor under the air conditioner, but no one was concerned. I stayed for a week and the garbage was removed once, no other cleaning.
