Lovely 2 night stay in a perfect part of the historic center.

Whilst on the surface the proerty ticked all the right boxes, the bedroom stank of bad drains all the time, the aircon was extremely loud, the windows didn’t lock and finally the staff were so hit and miss you didn’t know if it was a communication problem or they were just being rude.

Here’s a polished review you can paste: We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed, safe, and like part of the family. A special thank you to Eduardo, who went above and beyond to help us our. He took the time to tell us about everything nearby, shared great recommendations, and was always willing to accommodate our needs with a smile. We would also like to recognize Mr. Plata, the security guard, who made sure we knew the best way to head out each morning and always looked out for guests. His kindness and attention made us feel very safe during our stay. The location was fantastic—so close to everything and within walking distance of so many fun attractions. The breakfast was also amazing and a great way to start each day. We are truly grateful for the hospitality we received from everyone at the property. Thank you for making our trip so memorable. We had an incredible time and cannot wait to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nice rooms, rooftop terrace and a great location. However, don't expect to sleep much if you get a groundfoor room - the noise from outside and the reception is relentless and from early morning to late night and the missing noise cancellation is very obvious.

Overall we loved the hotel and our stay. We had some issues…. When we arrived it took several attempts to get a working room key…. the chest of drawers was off kilter and had to be fixed…. there was no hand dips…BUT, the staff were lovely!! They couldn’t speak English very well so it was difficult getting things like reservations but they were all just lovely overall!! The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location…. We actually extended our stay by two nights and cancelled our booking in Roma Norte!! The breakfast…. included with our room…. was wonderful!! I never eat breakfast but did every day on this trip!! Overall…. a great place and great staff!!!!

Great hotel stay as a solo traveler I felt safe and the staff was very nice/friendly! Room was super clean and I really enjoyed my stay. Plus the hotel is in walking distance to several museums and shops and close to the airport. I highly recommend staying there!

The breakfast was excellent and the location was great. I was in an exhibition at the Palacio De Belles Artes and the location served well. The hotel was modern and clean. There were problems with noise levels however, eventually this was resolved with room changes. Do yourself a favor and book a more expensive room it’ll be quieter and more convenient.

It’s a little off the beaten path and kind of in a bad neighborhood, but if you’re open to learning all about the culture of Mexico City, this is where you should stay. The food was good and we stayed in the presidential suite, and it was absolutely beautiful.
