People were loud and screaming all night. Fire alarms went off twice and couldn't enjoy balcony due to cigarette and Marijuana smoke.

The hotel is split into 2 buildings one on each side of the river. The office and pool and the breakfast area are all a short drive if your staying across the river. Other than that it's a very clean and decent place to stay. We will definitely stay there again.

What we hated: The room had 2 beds and 2 TVs, but only the smaller TV worked. The large one for the bed by the balcony would turn on but it wouldn’t connect to the cable channels, even though the cables were all properly connected (I checked). Very disappointed in that. The shower water came out with such extreme pressure that it felt like it was taking my skin off and wet everything in the tiny bathroom, including the floor! The toiled was so close to the floor that we had trouble getting up (we are in our 60s). The front door handle had to be lifted to the up position to enter the room, instead of the down position at millions of other places (I figured that out after 15 minutes of frustration). GPS does not take you to the office, it takes you across the river to the second building and the girl who answered the phone acted like it was my fault that I couldn’t find the office. Signs all around say the office is at address XYZ but GPS says you have arrived. Horrible instructions on the signs and by the girl to find the office but I finally found it. Ugh!!! Being woke up at 2:30am by the fire alarm outside the room and noticing the flashing red lights of the fire department vehicles (they reset it and it was fine). What we loved: the river view from our second floor room balcony! It was so cool to see Canadian Geese landing and geese and ducks walking around and swimming in the water. The bed mattresses (Serra!!!! OMG!!). The pool (open until 11!!!). Might stay again.

We love this hotel! So convenient and in such a great location to all the main attractions 😄

I have never given a bad review for a hotel stay. It’s amazing to me how this hotel got a 9 stars rating from Expedia guests. The only amenity worth 9 stars is the balcony river view. First off the hotel office is across the Street from the hotel. The check-in instructions provided didn’t mention this situation. Secondly the room was musty smelling with uncomfortable bedding and lumpy pillows. Thirdly there are NO soda vending machines located in the hotel. I had to cross the street only to find the one soda vending machine took cash only. Fourthly when I mentioned this to the front desk the young women working didn’t appear they wanted to be disturbed. IMPORTANTLY I texted with an Expedia Agent explaining the above situations. At one point I was told the Agent was speaking with the Hotel management requesting a refund. The Agent said the property would not provide a refund. When pressed the Agent said the Property was not responding. I don’t appreciate being lied to by Expedia. I am reviewing other options when arranging travel plans.

I loved the balcony and the view. Staff was nice and friendly. The free breakfast wasn’t great, but it was free.

Pro. Breakfast staff was awesome good breakfast. Very quiet. Price was good. Cons I hate spiders and they were everywhere even in our room. Love feeding the Ducks and the geese and the pigeons but they poop everywhere. Room needs update Curtains were dirty fresh hand towels every morning but they had stains Ladies bring a hair dryer it's small and they don't have a stand up mirror so you can get close to put on your makeup

Check in process was fast and easy, located at very nice place next to the river, nice patio with river view, main problem is the building and rooms which needs substantial renovations, it's outdated, rooms are small and bathroom were very small, breakfast was Ok, staff were helpful and polite

The is a nice and simple Inn! Family friendly and also a lot of animals near the creek.
