Loved this hotel. Close to major attractions such as the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, bazaar, Basilica Cistern and close to great restaurants. Staff very helpful in arranging tours, cruises and airport transfers. The view from the rooftop terrace is to die for. We paid a little extra to have a sea view from our own balcony. Well worth it. This will be our go to hotel whenever we're in Istanbul.

Rooms were clean and efficient. Easy walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia as well as the must see cistern system! Several must do Turkish Bath and massage locations in easy walking distance as well as many outstanding rooftop dining options.

Excellent location. Will stay again.

Room were good size however bathroom were slightly on the small size. Breakfast could do with a little bit more choice. The reception staff were great and helpful. Location is slightly hidden so better directions to get to it would be helpful

I arrived very late & was given a room on the top floor. There are no elevators so I had to ask reception to help with my carryon which they gladly helped. The room is a nice size with old furnitures. The ceiling light was not bright so I needed to plug the bedside ones as well. Bathroom is a bit moldy and the towels some are stained. The bathmat’s ends are frail already and should be retired. Bed you can tell is also need replacing as it is lopsided. One thing I do like is the free breakfast & location.

This hotel is in great location walking distance to main attractions and close to metro and tram station. Good breakfast and nice staff.

Did not view from the balcony this time , but was good on our last visit , will try and view again on our stay on the 25/26Oct .The hotel is positioned so well to see the main sites and only a short walk with cafes , shops , restaurants close by

Disappointing Experience – Do Not Recommend I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was in terrible condition — dirty, neglected, and nothing like the photos. The bedding, which should have been white, was a worn-out yellow, and the curtains were ripped. The entire room felt more like a prison cell than a place to relax. I left immediately and chose not to stay even one night. Unfortunately, because I booked through Expedia as a non-refundable reservation, I wasn’t able to get a refund — but I would strongly advise others to stay away from this hotel. It was not worth the money or the stress.

Fantastic location, very helpful staff, bohemian vibe, lovely roof top terrace and good breakfast.
