만족해요 This hotel is more like a Premiere Inn with iPads to check in, a snack bar and clean but sparse rooms. You also cannot control your own aircon and are expected to ask a staff member to come into the room to adjust it. The aircon fan is very loud too.Staff are pleasant. Location convenient.

매우 훌륭해요 Location 10/10 St Paul’s is a lovely area
Amenities 10/10 for the folk who are to see the city and not the hotel as such. All the requirement needed, a few hotels could learn from you! Loved the water machine.
Comfort 8/10
Staff 7/10 not much engagement or welcome at reception. More of a stare than a hello :)
