매우 훌륭해요 We had a great stay at TownePlace Suites. I really liked that parking was free! Our room was very clean. The young lady that checked us out quickly saw that there was an error on our bill that I didn't even know about. She was very kind, brought it to my attention and relayed the issue to her manager. Her manager took care of it right away. Great customer service :)

Everything was great. Eggs at breakfast tasted a little different.

매우 훌륭해요 This place is amazing! It’s in a great area with plenty of shopping and dining nearby. The surroundings feel clean and safe, which made our stay even more comfortable. The beds are firm but very comfortable—I had no trouble falling asleep. Everything in the room was spotless, and the sheets and blankets were fresh and clean with no odors.
The showers were relaxing, and the well-lit parking lot gave us peace of mind about our vehicle. The front desk staff were polite and professional during check-in, which made a great first impression.
This will definitely be the only hotel we book when we’re in San Antonio!
