Good location,
We were on motorbikes so secure parking was a must and was good.
Breakfast was really good with lots to choose from.
Downside was no air conditioning it was extremely warm in the room.
Other than that staff were really friendly and helpful.

The staff were very nice and helpful when we asked to change rooms because we’re elderly and the walk to our first room was quite a distance from the elevator. The front staff changed our room and we were very grateful. The hotel construction outside is an eye sore, the inside is tired and needs some tlc. There is a nice bar and lounge area. The neighborhood is not convenient to shopping or the central part of the tourist areas. Also we didn’t feel comfortable walking in the area at night.

No kettle or coffee making facilities no iron
The place needs refurbishment carpets need cleaning and needs painting
There is no restaurant in the evenings it only does breakfast the staff were lovely and very helpful good transport links into the central city currently there is building work going on

훌륭해요 The staff was great and very friendly. Breakfast was good but not a lot of options. There were some parts of the hotel under renovation so I think it will look better in the future.

No AC and it was 30 C (86 F) in our room one night with only a fan.
Also the elevator in the reception area wasn't working, so we had to use another that was only accessible from outside, over some rather rough and uneven pavement where renovations were being done.
We didn't partake of the breakfasts. The beds were good.

Great room was massive! comfy bed and pillows, staff were friendly and helped me with a plug converter when mine didnt work!
