Hello I booked 4 rooms with you, very disappointed about the rooms no air conditioning and the fans you gave us staff kept turning them off.
There was no mention of a car park charge which we all had to pay £68 euros
The football was turned off at 1:2 time with no care for your quests.
The shuttle buses are dangerous- there should be more supplied for the amount of guests & hotels
I would like you to offer me compensation as the hotel is not fit for purpose.
I did request to upgrade to a suite as my son was ill from the heat but the increase in price was ridiculous

Hotel was convenient and rooms were spacious for Europe. Staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was plentiful and well stocked. There were a few issues. The elevators were out of order 1 day. And the TV never worked although we called twice. The lobby and public areas need a deep clean.
Overall was a good value for the price with free shuttles to the park.

Explorers Hotel is a great option for families with young kids, with plenty of activities to keep them entertained. However, the lack of air conditioning in the rooms was disappointing, and the swimming pool wasn’t as clean as we had hoped.

Hotel is very basic. We were guests during a heatwave and the room had no AC and we had to chase for fans to use. Actually as a responsible hotel they should have provided free water to guests during this time rather than charging astronomical prices and exploiting their customers who needed to stay hydrated. Very basic hotel with basic facilities and the usual premium price due to location. Hotel Management need to rethink their ways of working and how they treat guests better.

I spoke to the manager on the phone before my stay. She was incredibly rude and I was dreading my stay. However when I came to the hotel the staff were lovely and accommodating. Everything went smoothly, the room was cleaner than expected
