매우 훌륭해요 We had a fantastic stay at Pestana Porto – A Brasileira.
The location is perfect, right in the centre of Porto, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer on foot. The hotel itself is beautiful, full of character and history, while still feeling modern and comfortable.
Our room was well appointed, comfortable and immaculately maintained throughout our stay. The attention to detail across the hotel really stood out.
What impressed us most was the service. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional and genuinely welcoming. They were always happy to help and made us feel valued as guests from the moment we arrived.
A wonderful hotel in a superb location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Porto.

Clean and well maintained facilities; however, it’s not a five star hotel. I know it’s historic, but it’s showing signs of aging and of rooms, showers, toilets, air conditioner, etc..and, construction next door didn’t help! Stayed at a historic hotel in Lisbon, much better maintained facilities, service and overall better experience.

The hotel is in a great location. Room was spacious and excellent en-suite and walk in shower. excellent air conditioning. We didn't dine within the hotel over our short weekend break as there are thousands of options in Porto. Cafe & restaurant are beautiful. It is a great place to staff and all the staff are excellent too.

그저 그래요 Unfortunately, we left a personal item in the room after check-out. We contacted the hotel just a few hours later, but we did not receive the assistance or follow-up we expected to help investigate what happened. This was very disappointing and negatively affected our overall experience.
