Oda da halı olmamasını beğendim hijyenik. Su konulması güzel. Sadece terlik olmasını isterdim ayakkabı ile gezmek zorunda kalmak hijyenik değil.

Missed my connection from Frankfurt because my travel companion had a very serious medical event. So, I never got to this hotel. They would not refund, but this is a 2nd prompt for a review. Go figure

Clean room, very good breakfast, in the old city with walking distance to historical places, restaurants.

Could have had a more complete breakfast, I have stayed in many hotels near here and this one had limited selection of German fare.

The Mattrress was very old.

Unfortunately didn’t enjoy our stay here. Everything seemed an issue. As a Melia Gold account holder, a lot of rewards were held back. Tried charging me €10 per hour for early check-in. When challenged it was cos I booked via Expedia not direct. Booked Sauna for 5pm (the sauna operates from 5-11pm), went down at 5pm and it wasn’t on. Had to call someone and wait for it to warm up, not ideal when on a tight holiday schedule. Booked an extra night prior to my stay, messaged but received no reply, eventually phone to sort. However they only extended 1 room not two. A bit of faffing about, had to check in and out on two bookings but stayed in the same room although the bed sheets were not changed, water replaced, shower gel not topped up. All seemed a bit pointless. Unlikely to recommend this hotel or stay here again. NOT A MELIA STANDARD.

We stayed here for over 10 nights and included the breakfast buffet. The hotel was great but unfortunately the buffet was the same every day.

Nice stay, super convenient into the main central area. Good breakfast options and lovely staff, who even helped to find and return my AirPods back home to the UK!
