friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed fantastic breakfast and a great shower! Everything a traveller could want. On street parking was easy and its only a short (5 mins?) walk to the town centre.. Recommended.

Kettle in room was dirty brown yellowy in the bottom asked for it to be cleaned to be told it had been cleaned so was unable to make a brew in the room. Breakfast was ok although fried egg was not cooked properly very snotty. Boiled eggs uncooked today. The woman had bad attitude the way she spoke to guest blunt and rude. Would not stay here again.

One night trip, beautifully maintained building and welcoming hosts. Good breakfast and pre order system worked well. Room had everything I needed and quiet, despite central location. Recommended if in Keswick.

Excellent location for the theatre in Keswick , a lovely find with friendly knowledgeable hosts. The breakfast was beautiful. Would definitely recommend this guest house for a staycation.
