Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the bed was uncomfortable, and we felt the breakfast was not worth the price. For €10 per person, the buffet only included cereal, yogurt, toast, and coffee, which was very disappointing, especially considering the price in Canadian dollars. We stayed at several hotels during our trip, and at this price point, we had much better breakfasts elsewhere. Not only did we have an uncomfortable night’s sleep, but we also left the breakfast buffet still feeling hungry and had to find breakfast somewhere else.

Good place, staff were helpful with checking in and breakfast. Parking situation was not as expected. Booking on Expedia we were under the impression there was hotel parking, but rather they provided a discount code to pay for the garage across street which was 10 p sterling. Good for a full 24 hrs. The room was small but fine. Bigger than those tiny Stay hotels in Denmark but smaller than the average American hotel. We got a price of 40p and added breakfast so not bad. Would definitely- in hindsight- skip the breaky and go out to eat somewhere

Price for area was great. Get what you pay for in a budget hotel. No complaints, ideal for the price point

Overperforms given the price.

Room basic and clean. Ok for a 2 night stay.

If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and highly affordable place to crash while exploring Belfast, this hotel ticks all the boxes. You really can’t beat the location—it is situated right in the city centre on Dublin Road, making it an easy 10-minute walk to Belfast City Hall and just a short walk to the main transport hubs like Europa Buscentre and Grand Central Station. The rooms are exactly what you'd expect from an Ibis Budget: compact, no-frills, and highly functional. While the layout is quite minimal and the shower setup is open-concept, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was spotless, and the strong air conditioning was a massive plus. The Wi-Fi is reliable, which is great for planning your daily sightseeing. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering great local recommendations. They also have a 24/7 reception and bar/snack area, which was perfect for grabbing a late-night bite after a long day of walking.

Room was clean, but far too small for the double bed they've forced in there. There are no plug sockets by the bed. The one plug socket the room did have was coming away from the wall. I was only there for 2 nights. Anything more than that would have been unpleasant though. You get what you pay for, I suppose.

Not much choice for continental breakfast bed was terribly to sleep in

.

The stairwell was a bit dirty. And would have been good to have hairdryers in the room
