This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Old Town. We were able to visit all the historic sites in the area by foot. Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell are a five-minute walk away. Even Reading Terminal Market was only a 10-minute walk. The parking garage is just a block over and reasonable compared to others in the area. Room was clean and staff was friendly. The building is old and space is tight, but that’s part of its location. All in all, a great place for being a tourist, especially since many of the best restaurants and pubs are also close:)

We loved staying in an historic building in a great location near so many of the old town attractions. It was nicely updated and very clean. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly and the food at breakfast was great. Our room was on the smaller side, but I'm not complaining as the layout was well thought out and very nicely decorated and no outside noise. We gighjy recommend it and would stay again if we're back in Philly!

Would stay here again. Perfect location close to everything in old town. Breakfast adequate. Wine only on Wednesdays in lobby (not every day). Lovely old room with high ceilings, bed firm but comfortable. Nicely remodeled bathroom with excellent shower.

Nice property, very clean except for long piece of hair in shower wall. Rinsed off easily. Breakfast staff very efficient and friendly. Comfortable bed, quiet room. Convenient location. I'd stay there again. They should use big multiuse soap and shampoo dispensers, not those little plastic bottles.

It’s a cute little historic hotel across the street from the American Revolution Museum. Very close to all the historic sites. The bed was extremely comfortable.. we slept the night thru! Shower was nice and warm and very nice. Room temp perfect! Breakfast was ok, but they did have waffles and whipped cream!

Hotel has a great location, a good breakfast and parking near by. You can walk to many places and there are great restaurants near by.
