People are super friendly? Great location and easy to get a taxi

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore was simply exceptional and one of the finest hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere in the world. A heartfelt thank you to Claudia Kim at the Front Desk and Aerial from Guest Relations for their outstanding hospitality. They were warm, professional, attentive and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. Their exceptional service made us feel truly valued and is a wonderful reflection of the Ritz-Carlton brand. The hotel is magnificent. Our room was stunning, spacious, impeccably clean and beautifully appointed, with spectacular views. The facilities are first class, including the lovely pool, excellent gym, luxurious spa and outstanding amenities. The location is perfect, with Marina Bay’s attractions, shopping and dining all within easy walking distance. The absolute highlight was the breakfast buffet. Without question, it is the best buffet breakfast in Singapore and the best we’ve experienced anywhere in the world. The incredible variety, freshness, quality and impeccable service made every breakfast unforgettable. Thank you to the entire team, especially Claudia Kim and Aerial, for making our stay so memorable. We cannot wait to return and highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore to anyone looking for a truly world-class luxury hotel experience.

Rooms are nice and comfortable. My room had a view on Marina but unfortunately the construction in front of the hotel limits views. Was still worth having a room with such view, especially in the morning. Elevators got a little busy and sometimes had to wait for a few minutes. Food was good. Their slippers are perhaps the most comfortable I’ve ever had in a hotel! Highly recommend staying here. The location is perfect!

Bed sheet got soiled by us in error. Room was cleaned and sheet wasn't changed.. also, covers didn't seem clean as they smelled of perfume

Excellent hotel, one of the best views of marina bay. Conveniently located near shopping malls and public transport as well. Also pool is great for both swimming laps and relaxing

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were fantastic, warm, and welcoming throughout our visit. The room was spacious, spotless, and offered beautiful views. Housekeeping was excellent, with the room cleaned twice daily. The location is also very convenient, being close to shopping malls, Marina Bay Sands, and Gardens by the Bay. As our elderly parents also stayed in the hotel, the hotel could provide commode chair for shower. Just to note that the bed is rather high for the elderly. There is a shortcut that links the hotel to Marina Square and Millenia Walk. Highly recommended for both comfort and convenience! Suggestion: could be more elderly friendly as there is a curb to the shower room which can be inconvenient to the elderly. If you plan to walk to MBS with elderly on wheelchairs, do note that will have to push down the slope.

My stay at the Ritz Carlton Singapore was again a very enjoyable experience. The Club lounge is one of the best in the Ritz Carlton portfolio. I would suggest adding some cushions on the lounges in the rear of the clubs sitting area, as currently the lounges are very deep and quite uncomfortable. I would also suggest that you stop using plastic water bottles and use something more sustainable and in keeping with looking after the environment. Thank you for a lovely stay

Room, view and staff were all top notch!

I would come back to Singapore just for the incredible Ritz-Carlton breakfast. Absolute world class for a reason.
