Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were fantastic, warm, and welcoming throughout our visit. The room was spacious, spotless, and offered beautiful views. Housekeeping was excellent, with the room cleaned twice daily. The location is also very convenient, being close to shopping malls, Marina Bay Sands, and Gardens by the Bay. As our elderly parents also stayed in the hotel, the hotel could provide commode chair for shower. Just to note that the bed is rather high for the elderly. There is a shortcut that links the hotel to Marina Square and Millenia Walk. Highly recommended for both comfort and convenience! Suggestion: could be more elderly friendly as there is a curb to the shower room which can be inconvenient to the elderly. If you plan to walk to MBS with elderly on wheelchairs, do note that will have to push down the slope.

My stay at the Ritz Carlton Singapore was again a very enjoyable experience. The Club lounge is one of the best in the Ritz Carlton portfolio. I would suggest adding some cushions on the lounges in the rear of the clubs sitting area, as currently the lounges are very deep and quite uncomfortable. I would also suggest that you stop using plastic water bottles and use something more sustainable and in keeping with looking after the environment. Thank you for a lovely stay

I would come back to Singapore just for the incredible Ritz-Carlton breakfast. Absolute world class for a reason.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to upgrade our room due to our birthday and anniversary celebration. When the room was not ready, they had us get complimentary drinks at the bar. The property is beautiful with lots of artwork. The views from the room of Marina Bay are spectacular. The buffet breakfast is great as well with both western and Asian options. They also surprised us with champagne, wine and cakes for our celebration. I would recommend this hotel for a stay if ever in Singapore.

Excellent stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore. A truly upscale hotel with an elegant and refined atmosphere. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with stunning Marina Bay views. Service was impeccable—staff were attentive, professional, and welcoming. Perfect location within walking distance to Marina Bay Sands and great shopping. Would definitely stay again.

From check in to check out, staff were amazing. So friendly, helpful and genuinely invested in your comfort and wellbeing during your stay. Perfect location, spotlessly clean and club facilities were fabulous, along with the views. The Day Spa was devine, very relaxing and fantastic treatments. Absolutely loved our stay, highly recommend.
