Our room/apartment was clean, the kitchenette was replenished with tea, coffee, etc. each day, and our towels and bedding were changed daily. Our shared apartment was very good value we felt, and the breakfast provided was very welcome. We would certainly stay at the Morgan Hotel again in the future.

I loved the apartment for our family of 4. Plenty of space and VERY convenient for a London trip. Be aware…. Our apartment was on the 4th floor with no elevator. Check before you book if you have mobility issues.

Nice room

The breakfast was really good and the location was really good. The room was very small and if you go there do not stay on the top rooms. Structurally the rooms up there are not square. They slant. The hotel was rated 31/2 star and I am just not seeing it. The location though really can’t be beat.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a full apartment. It was very large, with lot's of space for my family.

Breakfast was freshly prepared to order. The property is very much in need of repair and update. My bathroom toilet barely worked.

We had a really great stay it was close to what we needed. Room was clean and well equipped. Unfortunately the room was very warm and only a small standing fan was available which was inadequate. There were no plugs for any of the sinks and the mattress dipped on the one side which meant when you rolled over you could easily fall out of bed. And the mattress on the single bed was uncomfortable too. Mattresses could do with an upgrade. But other than that we had a lovely stay.

The location is excellent for the British Museum, Covent Garden, Soho and Kings Cross. We stayed at one of the appartments just metres away from the hotel itself. For the price in this expensive area of London, this accommodation is fantastic value for money. The appartment was very clean and althouth not modern, it's in good condition and is very spacious for the 3 of us. The receptionist was very helpful and welcoming and the breakfast was adequate. I would happily return next time I need to be in that area of London.

This is a basic hotel with small rooms and a narrrow staircase with no lift. But the soundproofing must be good because it was quiet and yet at breakfast there were a lot of guests. Breakfast was good with ordering done using a QR code. Staff seemed friendly and we were able to leave our bags after check out without paying a fee. The water from the bathroom sink was not potable but they provided a liter bottle of tap water. Air conditioning worked great and it was a very hot two days.

Rang the bell a really long time before someone let us in. Nice, clean room. Didn’t get it made up some of the time. Had to ask for more drinking water in the room. Great breakfast made to order. Not much help finding good restaurants.
