Faultless. The hotel, location and staff are all as close to prefect as possible. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back.

This hotel is a little gem in a great location. Sandwiched between Chinatown and Little Italy and a stone throw from Soho. Such a great location.
The room was so comfortable and the terrace was an added bonus. A great place to watch from and with a great view, especially at night.
I don’t have any negatives to say and am certain will return.

So I did almost no research before booking this spot. Just saw a decent price in a cool area in little Italy. It was such a great location. Everything was either 15 minute walk or subway ride to all the major attractions in NYC. The staff were so friendly and hopeful. They even let us check in early after catching a red eye from California. They helped us book a taxi to the airport for much less than an uber. They were exceptional. I would stay here 100 more times.

Awesome location, staff was excellent accommodated every need we desired, the room and hotel were very clean, very modern. Will definitely stay there again, as far as we're concerned the best kept secret and lower Manhattan.

Great room with full length windows looking out over little Italy. Simple small rooms but wouldn’t expect more in Manhattan for the price. Worth it for the views, location, and attentive friendly staff. Some amenities could use an upgrade, our fridge didn’t work, and there were a couple other minor issues, but nothing that would keep me from recommending it.
