매우 훌륭해요 I loved the Valet parking and all the various places to eat within the Casino. Easy to get to and to visit Minneapolis/St. Paul for shopping and sight seeing. Wifi in hotel was amazing. Could use an upgrade to have the shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the larger bottles fixed to wall in shower as we didn't pack any and had to request more.
Staff were very accommodating and courteous but check-in we arrived later than usual and we had to wait as they gave our room away but I did call and verify that we still required the room and we would be arriving late.

매우 훌륭해요 Hotel was like a mini Vegas hotel. Very nice. Very clean. Lots of restaurants and many games to gamble on! Parking can be confusing for first time visitors, along with where to check-in. Outside alcohol is currently prohibited.

그저 그래요 The room was very nice, clean and large. But there is a lot of construction going on that makes it very confusing. It’s hard to navigate to get where you need to be and staff was not always helpful or friendly. Some were but it’s a matter of finding the right one. I had to wait over 20 minutes to check in because of some error (they never actually told me what was going on) and then upon check out I had been charged a cancellation fee of almost $300, but I had stayed in the room and did not cancel. The supervisor wasn’t there during check out time due to lunch (seems like the time a supervisor would need to be present) so the issue was not able to be resolved before we had to leave. Frustrating to have to deal with it when I have more traveling to do.
