Staff were friendly and helpful, state of the room was poor, cleanliness was the main problem

Great spot, good for kids. Comfy beds

central location. we stayed here for the Brisbane running festival, short walk to the starting line. Great stay.

The room was spacious, clean. However, the headboard attached to the wall above the bed was unstable. It fell off the wall when I sat down on the bed which moved as the bed was on wheels. I should have reported it at the time to the manager, but didn't think it was that important. We did get charged a few days after checkout for a broken headboard that wasn't our fault. The manager told us she wouldn't reverse the charge for this as I should have reported it to her and didn't have pictures to show it wasn't our fault. Overall, a reasonably priced apartment in a good location but if something isn't the way it should be, make sure you report it promptly and take before and after pictures.

Room clean and had everything you would need kitchen washing machine dryer etc Close to convention centre for event Staff very friendly

It was the perfect location for Hyrox and a reasonable price to have the facilities we required

I love the Southbank/Westend location. Try eating at Birdsnest. The best Japanese in brisbane and Gluten Free friendly.

Clean room, a little tired overall, great location, easy parking, close to lots of dining options. I would stay again

Our room…. Not just a room. Huge. Lovely and clean. We were only for a night but easily could have stayed a month. Staff are fantastic and so helpful.

The room was clean and quiet and the bed comfortable. It had all that we needed for a short stay. Nice to have the little balcony and option to have the doors open, as they were screened. very close to cafes and shops in West End, and walking distance to Southbank. Ian on reception was very welcoming and helpful with tips.
