만족해요 I was suprised with the strick rules on check-out given the prices you are paying for one night stay. The bar staff were very friedly. I was also given a room that overlooked a wall, maybe with the price tag, these rooms should be cheaper.

매우 훌륭해요 We had a beautiful suite which was clean & absolutely gorgeous with a sea view . All the staff we spoke to from reception to the breakfast area , cleaning and front of house / lobby were courteous ,informative and helpful .
We also had a great breakfast which was buffet style where you helped yourself - there was a wide range of hot and cold food to choose from , which included fruits ,cereal ,pastries , lots of different types of bread , and a variety of full English breakfast foods to choose from ,they even had a chef to cook things while you waited .We chose a cooked breakfast which was delicious .
The lobby was beautiful and well maintained , with fresh flowers , decorative mirrors pictures , and a piano for added interest.
They offer a car valet service too - so you just park up outside and give them your keys and they’ll take care of parking the car and sorting your luggage for you as well . Parking is limited on a first come first served basis as they nay have 40 spaces .
On this occasion we didn’t take advantage of this service but it’s good to know for next time .
All in all we had a wonderful time so would definitely return .

매우 훌륭해요 From the moment we arrived, the front of house staff team for valet parking and receptionist could not have been more friendly and helpful. The guy with the bowler hat & his whole team was exceptional.
The best I have experienced in hotels around the world.
