훌륭해요
The property was beautiful but you can tell it needs a little TLC. The staff was friendly and the room was nice. Our favorite part was the Dolphin experience, lagoon and pool. I do think they need security or supervision at the pool in the evenings. Lots of older kids climbing all over the bridges and pool equipment to jump into the pool. It made night swimming kind of a bummer.

Staff is great. Clean property but to get coffee, cold drinks is difficult. Too much walking and the tram functions at a snail pace, does not run frequently and is way too long. I suggest you make smaller trams that run every few minutes especially during peak hours

Beautiful hotel with amazing views! There is so much to do here, and it is extremely kid-friendly. We loved being able to snorkel right on-site and bring floaties to just kick back and relax. The pool water slides were fantastic and kept both the little ones and older kids thoroughly entertained!

Rooms were clean, and staff was nice. Very nice hotel/resort. PROS: 1. Nice hotel/resort. 2. Nice ocean area for swimming. Saw a lot of sea turtles. 3. Can catch the sunset from the property. 4. Clean rooms and staff always cleaning property. 5. Restaurants on site. CONS: 1. No ADA self parking close by. If you pay the $48 a day parking, the valet will park it for you and bring it back. 2. If you don’t get your pool/ lagoon towels early, you won’t get them at all. Seems like they don’t stock them all day long. 3. There is a ground level train/mono-rail to get you to your building, or you can walk about 5 to 10 minutes to your building/room. 4. You’ll have to drive a while to get tot the city (35 mins).

We love the Hilton and always stay at the Lagoon/Makai tower. The majority of the staff was lovely and helpful-there are a few that need to be reminded that they are here to help US. There was definitely a towel shortage and that added a little bit of extra effort every day. I feel like the resort is a little rundown from our last few visits but we still love it. The lagoon and pool are still magical for our kids and we can't wait to come back.

The property is well located. The restaurants in the property are expensive and the food is just ok. I recommend you eat outside the property. I went for my birthday celebration and anniversary. I was disappointed to pay full price and only found out that the hotel was in construction. The tram and boat the go around the property was not working. 2 nights the air-conditioned was down and we couldn't sleep. The hotel didn't provide any refund for it. I was there for 5 nights and 2 weren't confortable during the night. If I was aware about any construction I would stay someplace else. I got disappointed how this was handled.

Nice enough place but so ridiculously expensive to eat or do anything there. We also got “talked into” a room upgrade so we could be steps from the beach……they don’t have a beach! If you are super rich and have money to toss, it’s a nice enough place to stay but for me, would not stay there again.
