Great room , great location, excellent staff , a good breakfast every day.

Lovely hotel in a great location close to the Rhine river and Rhine Tower. Excellent breakfast.

We had a great stay at the Radisson media harbour. The hotel was beautiful and some of the staff members in particular made our stay. We were greeted by Sanja who was very helpful throughout our entire stay. My partner had a situation where he left his rucksack on the train and she helped us to get it back, we couldn’t be more grateful for that! Her customer service was great. Another great staff member was Edi at the bar - he gave us great recommendations for a kebab place and his drinks were great, he was also super friendly! The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we need, the heated floors in the bathroom were a nice touch. Loved this place and we’d like to be back!

This is an excellent hotel With high quality finishes in the rooms, bathrooms, and the restaurant. The breakfast has a lot of choices and the food tastes good. However if you stay more than one night expect the same breakfast options everyday, which could benefit from some verity. The coffee machine works but the taste is terrible. I would recommend they get a better choice of beans and level of roast. The location is very good and quiet with a few restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our walk to the city center everyday, walking along the Rhine river. It takes about 30 minutes so if you are not up for a walk you’d have to take a taxi. With spring weather, there are fantastic restaurants along the river for lunch or dinner.

Great location in the old docks. Decent restaurants. Hotel rooms are well designed functional. Great shower!

Receptionist was abrupt and unfriendly- as members , late checkout was confirmed and then revoked .

Great staff, spoke quite a few languages. Understaffed, so the restaurant was off but not their fault. Good parking, but not quite as obvious where to go, and a tiny entrance. Close to public transport, easy to find. Rooms clean and good amenities. Confy bed but pillows sucked

Recieved an upgrade to a beautiful room, staff were grate and hotel well located
