The staff was very helpful, friendly and excellent. On our way to our room after checking in, we saw 3 instances of obvious prostitution on site, including across our room. The hotel was in ok condition but definitely not as pictured on Expedia in the sense that they advertise standard rooms that look much larger and nicer with a kitchenette but our room had no kitchen elements at all, we received a queen bed instead of the king that we booked, and the pictures on Expedia are from when it was recently remodeled but the hotel does not look like that anymore. Cleanliness was ok but room smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking, and we got extremely stuffy soon after getting into the room. Bathroom should've been cleaner. My wife felt very uncomfortable and we ultimately cancelled our stay to go somewhere where we felt safer and more confident in the cleanliness of the establishment.

We lost our car in the parking lot of this hotel on June 19, 2026, around Midnight, and the hotel staff didn't take any action at all. We didn't even hear a single apology from them. There were also no CCTV cameras in some areas of the property. The room was very dirty and smelled terrible. Both the room and the hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. We politely asked if we could be moved to a different room, but the hotel staff/receptionist refused. This is probably one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at.

We appreciate the location but we were not impressed with reception. Service at front desk was poor and not very accommodating; not even a smile or a welcome. Other saff in and around the hotel were friendly.

La chambre était proche. L'accueil était parfait avec le sourire. Et nous avons particulièrement apprécié le restaurant a même l'hôtel ou d'ailleurs tout était délicieux. Nous y retournerons c'est certain.

Good experience
