The view at divi is amazing and that is it. We had issues. 1) We called the desk everyday to get a drive down to the front....and every single day not one person answered. This was ALL 7 days. 2) We moved rooms on our second day- the shower pressure was crap. There was so much iguana poop outside our first room, which was the furthest building away. They did accommodate our request to be closer...which meant a smaller room which was still much nicer. 3) They say the friendly island...but I do not agree. The only staff members that were kind were the bell men. The rest of the staff including servers/front desk/security....did not want to be there from the disposition they gave off. 4) The laundry room was decent....except the dryer stopped working...and i had to switch to another dryer. Lost 2 bucks. 5) We heard arguments from the taxi drivers and other staff members. 6) The island is not what is was 20 years ago....it was beautiful and clean then. This was a very different island than I remember, there was so much garbage. 7) The big pool on the oceans side...had floating beer cans. There were also floaty tubes that kept bumping into us. We tried to remove them but the female security guard yelled at us to leave them in the pool. 8) I would not go back to this island. I was really disappointed...especially since it has been 20 years since I have been back.

I liked the room, the service and the workers were helpful. What I did not like was being faraway from the main central part of resort , the phone in the room was not working and there was bird dropping on the balcony.

1 br suite (731) Pros: Ocean front view Kitchen, living/dining room Daily turn down 2 full bathrooms 3 minute walk to Sea Breeze restaurant, pool & small beach; 10 minute walk to lobby, shops, full beach & 2 pools Shuttle service Friendly staff Available taxi service Cons: Suite is dated & would benefit from change of shower heads, smart tvs, & replacement of old pool chairs with more comfortable lounge chairs on balcony. Door opens directly in bedroom (although there is a side entrance that opens to living room area) Shuttle service is inconsistent I enjoy relaxing on the last day of vacation & would have appreciated a chance to binge on Netflix - the change of tv's, should be the first update, along with the install of waterfall shower heads. While some of the fixtures could use re-facing, it was obvious that updates had been made within the past 5 years or so Overall we enjoyed our stay & would consider staying again, as they're renovating & hopefully, the renovations will bring the suites up to par, like those at Divi-Oceans, otherwise I'd reserve a suite at Oceans

While the resort grounds itself were beautiful, the staff and food were very lackluster. Upon our arrival, we found that our television was not working correctly and requested someone fix it so that we could watch television on the rare occasions that we were in the room. That request took almost an entire day to resolve. The only reason why we had a working television is because the woman from the front desk came with us to our room and fixed that for us. We did not know that the resort seems to shut down at 11 pm so we were shocked when we called around 10:30 to have 2 blankets brought to the room and were told that no one was available to do that as all staff had left. The following morning at 11:34 , I called and requested the blankets again. We then left the room and returned to no blankets. I called and requested them again. My sister also went to the lobby and requested blankets after 2 hours of not receiving them. I called one final time around 7 pm requesting them. They never came. As we were leaving the resort, I saw the same woman at the front from the night before and asked about the blankets. She stated that she saw all of the requests and told me the times I requested them but did not know why they were not delivered. She assured us that the blankets would be in the room when we returned which they finally were.

Divi Little Bay Beach Resort has become one of our favorite places, and we come back every year. The beautiful beach, breathtaking views, and relaxing atmosphere keep bringing us back. The staff always makes us feel welcome, and every visit creates new memories. It truly feels like a home away from home. We can’t wait for our next trip!

The property is beautiful and convenient to Philipsburg. The amenities on the property are great, with the little Mini Mart having everything you may need at reasonable prices. Divi is in a little secluded bay, so it is peaceful and calm, as opposed to the business of Simpson Bay Area.

El lugar.la comida y el entorno excepcional. Algo desorganizado el servicio.lento y mal informado para hispanoparlantes. El personal en general con poca aficion a servir. La playa perfecta.
